  1. I am totally guilty of London Syndrome! Even if I'm not in the UK, but talking to someone with any of the UK accents, I can't help (attempt to) imitate their accents.

    1. Actually I plum forgot about it...but now that I think about it, it doesn't really have anything to do with Stockholm, does it?

    2. The names comes from the psychological effects seen on hostages after a bank robbery in Stockholm. It probably had been noticed elsewhere, but I think the headshrinkers in Stockholm where the first to really study it.

    1. Paris Syndrome is one from Asia as it is found exclusively in Japanese tourists because it is portrayed as a perfect wonderland of love and happiness...

    2. I traveled to South India and, in less than a week, I noticed I was nodding/rolling my head instead of saying "yes".

  6. I guess one for Asia would be automatically stooping or hunching when entering any indoor space, be it a building or a public transport.

  8. Haha, thanks to this strip I learned about this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stendhal_syndrome.

Stendhal (his penname) is originally from this city where I currently live. We have a university named after him.

  10. I can vouch for the existence of number two! I'm told there's a whole hospital reward reserved for its victims.
